Default Small bug in Multiple Article selection

Hey 2.00.10 looks great!

Just a wee bug in the Multiple Article selection (though you may not have control over this)... Assume a list of Articles 1-10:
  1. Click article #1 [article 1 selected]
  2. Shift+Click article #10 [articles 1-10 selected]
  3. Control+Click article #2 [articles 1 & 2-10 selected]
  4. Shift+Control+Click article #9 [articles 1-10 are selected]
What should happen at point #4 is articles 1 & 10 selected. At least that's what happens in Windows Explorer, well, actually, in Explorer the item you click on is selected (which I don't think is correct), but anyway articles 1 & 9-10 are selected (which is more like what should happen).

Really, I think it should be articles 1 & 10 are selected

Thanks for the new release!!!

Thanks,
Perry

Hi Perry,
Great to hear you like the new release.

I always knew that implementing multiple selection was going to be hard and take time, but it was even more difficult than I expected. Getting the behaviours correct for the various combinations of [shift+ctrl]+click was troublesome.

I've implemented Ctrl+Shift+Click to add to whatever is currently selected, assuming all items between the start and end are selected, which is modelled on Windows Explorer.

I'm really not sure what should happen after Ctrl+Click has been used to modify the selection and then Ctrl+Shift+Click is used. I'm not even sure the behaviour of Win Explorer makes sense, as you noted.

For now I'll leave well enough alone and see what other feedback arrives. It isn't something folks are likely to do.
