Unhappy Moving Surfulater to a new PC

Hello,

I just bought this program a few days ago, and have been enjoying using it until now. I previewed and purchased the app on my laptop, and then also installed it on my work system. Now I am home and I want to run it on my home system, but the registration fails (with error code: 25005).

So, I figure maybe the license only covers two installs, so I uninstall it from my laptop hoping that it will update the records at esellerate. No luck. I still get the error code on the desktop. If I reinstall it on the laptop that version still works.

So, I go to esellerate and try to follow their procedure for installing the app on a new system - it goes all the way thru the process and says it was successfull. Still can't run it on my desktop, still the same error code.

any suggestions?

tia

Hi Brian,
I'll check up on the UnInstall issue. I'm not sure if this is something that can be handled or not. Anyway you are all set to go again now. Just copy and paste the license details to the Windows Clipboard then use Help|Activate License.
